Profile
Cathy has been Boffa Miskell's Auckland Office Administration Manager for ten years, with a break for international travel. She is experienced in management roles with responsibility for finance, administration, human resources and business planning. With her experience in research and statistics, and managing organisational change, Cathy is able to lead and motivate a large team to achieve goals.
Cathy is responsible for all areas of office administration in the Auckland office including recruitment and retention, professional development, budgets, supplier and contract management, and finance.
Relationship management skills and the ability to communicate, negotiate and mediate at all levels allows Cathy to assist the Auckland office across all functions.
Expertise
Human resources
Providing expertise in recruitment and selection, human resource policy and procedure development and implementation, induction and exit processes, and professional development.
Finance
Implementing business accounting with responsibility for debtors, creditors, cash flow, credit control, contract negotiations and management reporting, including staffing, profit and loss forecasting and cash flow analysis.
Project management
Providing expertise in project management to bring projects in on time and within budget.
General management
Co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams to provide customer service. Expertise includes event management, research, policy and procedure development and building and contract management.
