Profile
Tim has over 12 years’ professional experience working as an urban designer and landscape architect. He has worked extensively across the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand in both public and private sectors.
Tim joined Boffa Miskell in 2006 and has added to the strong master planning experience within the Christchurch office and has expanded the range of urban design skills on offer. Much of his work has focused on providing technical advice to the public sector on structure planning, policy development, design guidance and safety audits.
Prior to working for Boffa Miskell, Tim worked for five years as an urban designer with the London-based practice Levitt Bernstein, where he established their urban design team and specialised in large-scale urban regeneration projects. Through this work he developed valuable skills and experience in public consultation. Tim has also worked as a landscape architect in Sydney, the United Kingdom and in various Christchurch-based practices. He now concentrates predominantly on urban design work.
