Picton Waterfront Redevelopment
Picton’s waterfront is being redeveloped. Boffa Miskell has assisted with its planning, urban and landscape design since 2004.
We helped the Marlborough District Council to investigate various redevelopment opportunities, decide on urban design principles for the town centre and waterfront, and conduct extensive community consultation.
Banks Peninsula Landscape Study
Banks Peninsula is a distinctive landscape of volcanic origins with complex topography, an intricate coastline and multiple natural, economic and heritage values.
Boffa Miskell was commissioned to undertake a comprehensive study of the peninsula’s rural landscapes to help resolve years of controversy dating back to 1997.
Combined Wairarapa District Plan
The Wairarapa Combined District Plan is the first plan under the Resource Management Act to be prepared jointly by neighbouring district councils, and is one of the first ‘second-generation’ plans under the Act. Boffa Miskell has guided much of the plan’s development.
Northern Gateway Toll Road

A consortium, called the Northern Gateway Alliance, was responsible for the road's project management, design and construction.
