About Claire

Claire is experienced in statutory and policy planning; assessment of environmental effects and project management. She works with a variety of private developers and corporations as well as councils and government departments.

Claire has had extensive experience in the preparation of resource consents and assessments of environmental effects. She has worked on a diverse range of projects and has successfully guided many clients through the statutory process.

Claire is an experienced policy planner. She had a leading role in the hearing of submissions on the proposed Ashburton District Plan, one of the first second generation plans prepared under the RMA. She has also assisted South Taranaki District Council and Horowhenua District Council with their plan reviews, particularly in the role of reporting officer to hearing panels. Claire has also ably assisted many clients with preparing submissions and evidence on proposed plans.
