About Pauline

Pauline is a qualified planner with over 21 years’ experience working on a wide range of resource management projects. She has a thorough understanding of the Resource Management Act 1991 and its practical application to a wide range of development proposals.

Experienced in the administration, assessment and development of District Plans, both as a policy planner and as a regulatory planner, Pauline has worked extensively in consent planning, including the preparation of documents for resource consents and District Plan changes, assessment of effects on the environment reports and policy analysis.

Pauline has practised as a planner with local authorities both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and with a private development company. She has worked on a range of commercial, rural, recreational, community and residential developments, within a wide variety of natural and built environments in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. For the past nine years, she has advised Infrastructure clients on policy provisions within proposed RMA plans, as well as securing resource consents and Notice of Requirements (designations) for various infrastructure projects. During her time at Boffa Miskell, Pauline has been involved in a number of consultation projects on a wide range of issues.
