My experience across both policy and planning processes includes leading the processing, preparation and lodgement of complex applications, as well as involvement in the development and project management of plan changes, the preparation of evidence, co-ordinating expert evidence and attending Environment Court mediation.
I'm very knowledgeable about the interface between the Resource Management Act and the Reserves Act processes. I also have undertaken engagement processes to support policy and planning projects, including engagement in park concept planning.
I have experience in both regional and district planning matters and have worked on a range of commercial, industrial, rural, recreational and residential developments in a variety of environments.
