The village layout encourages social interaction, from incidental encounters at clustered letterboxes to shared experiences in formal facilities. The community centre is complemented by amenities including a bowling green, swimming pool, and extensive outdoor terraces and gardens. Inside, residents enjoy a welcoming reception, dining areas, lounges, a billiards room, a cafeteria, and spaces for various events.

Today, the community centre is a well-established hub where residents and their families come together, reinforcing the village’s sense of connection and belonging.
