Prior to joining Boffa Miskell, I worked as a health and safety practitioner in the aviation industry for 12 years, where I developed a strong understanding of how to foster safer work activities and environments in a high-risk industry. I'm a true safety generalist with experience in building and implementing safety management systems that integrate various risks, from fatigue management and understanding psychosocial risks to working in remote environments exposed to the elements, or safely managing contractors.
