Julie Harp-Johnson

I lead our national marketing, communications and business development team and value being part of Boffa Miskell's National Management team, ensuring our marketing activities and efforts are aligned with Boffa Miskell’s brand and strategic goals.

My role is diverse; one minute I can be talking with consultants about pursuing and winning new business, and the next I’ll be providing advice on how to raise their profile or connecting conversations across the business. I enjoy getting creative and brainstorming new ways to showcase our people and brand, both to our existing clients and to those who don’t know who we are or what we do. I’ve also had the pleasure of curating unique company gatherings that have created lasting memories. My key strengths lie in exploring solutions, fostering collaboration and having a curious mindset - how can we do better, are we being bold enough?

I joined Boffa Miskell in 2010, having worked within professional services firms, both large and small, here in Aotearoa and the UK. I’m proud to be part of the Boffa Miskell whānau, collaborating with such a talented and passionate group of people. 

Outside of work, you’ll often find me at the beach in Whangamatā or hiking and exploring Aotearoa’s incredible landscapes, while also navigating life as a mum to twin girls.
