Atlas Quarries Limited, trading as Atlas Concrete, operates a batching plant and concrete supply facility in Ruakākā under resource consents primarily used for the manufacture, production and sale of concrete.

Resource consents were required for Atlas to continue operating at the site. Boffa Miskell undertook a planning assessment and provided advice on the consent pathway for obtaining renewal consents.

We project managed the technical inputs required to support the preparation of new consent applications, including drafting and submitting the applications to council. Resource consent was obtained within a tight timeframe of three months during 2025, enabling Atlas to continue operations at the site.
