As Manawahae Stone and Quarry pit develops, operations will enter the part of the site where the underlying minerals are reserved and owned by the Crown. Securing the necessary mining permits was required to enable continued operation.

Boffa Miskell was tasked with undertaking due diligence, project managing the information inputs required for the mining permit application, developing the works programme, and preparing the application for submission.

We also prepared returns for the expected extraction volumes to support compliance with the issued permit.

Manawahae Stone and Quarry were subsequently issued mining permits authorising the production and sale of the Crown mineral.
